How To: DIY Wine Glass Place Cards
Today we thought it would be fun to share one of the smaller diy projects we made for the weekend wedding events coming up. I've always loved the idea of place cards and a seating chart, however our reception won't be a seated dinner, so we wouldn't need them for the larger of the parties.

Weekend Basics
This weekend we tried to spoil our Mother's over the Mother's Day weekend — we enjoyed brunch with my parents on Saturday and got to spend time with Jinx, Mary's mom, on Sunday. To kick start the weekend (and pick up some big floral bouquets for our mothers), we headed out to the South of the James Farmer's Market for the first time this season...

Bright Ideas: How To Make a Pendant Light
We've got another lamp update we're excited to share the results from today — this go round, we replaced the hanging fixture in our upstairs hallway with an industrial pendant light I made. Our passion for antiquing, updating and my electrical know-how came into play for this particular update...
