The Perfect Holiday Brunch with Relay Foods

If you are still celebrating the holidays and getting ready for a crowd at brunch, I recently put together a brunch menu with Relay Foods that we have been looking forward to sharing here on the blog!

In the swing of holiday planning a couple weeks back, we we welcomed the fine folks behind Relay Foods back into our kitchen and dining room for quite the holiday feast and photoshoot. I planned and prepared recipes for a full holiday brunch spread. Each of the ingredients for the meal are available through Relay Foods and were sourced locally and organically where possible. The meal consisted of 4 dishes and an over-the-top delicious sparkling holiday punch — blueberry ricotta pancakes, grapefruit brulee, swiss, spinach & leek frittata, sausage, potato & egg casserole, and the cranberry-pomegranate orange punch. Each of these recipes can be found newly published on Relay Foods.

While food is my forte, Mary always brings the final touches together with a little seasonal flair:

For the holidays, she loosely grouped together bunches of pine needles, pinecones and running cedar that I'd picked up outside during a morning walk with Basil. A few tea lights inside water-filled mason jars added the perfect glow for shooting the tablescape.
