Recipe Roundup: Weekend Eats

It's been a busy few weeks in the kitchen and I've been cooking up a storm — realizing we don't always share all the dishes taking shape in our house here on this blog, I wanted to round up all the delicious eats from my different guest series' on Relay Foods, Lot18 and even a few from EAT for your weekend browsing.

So to that end, here's a big ol' list of recipes I've been whipping up around the web:
  1. Creamy baked eggs, prosciutto and spinach.
  2. Beet, spinach and grapefruit salad.
  3. Homemade chicken liver mousse spread.
  4. Hungarian chicken paprika.
  5. White wine parmesan spinach risotto.
  6. Vegan bean and okra chili with a kick.
  7. Lemony greens soup — for what ails you.
  8. Classic white bean, sausage and kale stew with a kick.
  9. Simple pasta sauce from scratch.
  10. Stir-fried sesame broccoli
  11. Kimchee cream cheese.
As you can see, it's been all about warm soups, stews, hearty winter meals, rich spreads and a little hint of lighter spring dishes on the way. Mary and I are both looking forward to the bright greens and fresh spring produce making its way into the markets. What will you be cooking this weekend?
