May-Etsy: Our Monthly Etsy Edit

May is in full bloom around here — that time of year just before the southern heat (and humidity) kicks into high gear and the neighborhood is busy with porch sitters, sidewalk joggers and friendly pooches to say hello to on our walks with Basil.

By day, you'll find me scouring the depths of the Etsy marketplace discovering new shops and emerging trends. In the spirit of sharing, every so often it's fun to round up some our latest finds — and with summer just in view, May has us ready for long weekends, outdoor time and a little more light left in the day...

1 — Made in Florida, these these beautiful bottle openers are fabricated from cast bronze and double as Art Deco decor in addition to function.
2 — I'm a sucker for black and white swimsuits and this retro version by Klipperswimsuits is really doing it for me, not to mention the 10% off sale currently running in her shop!
3 — Jenny McElligot of Neon Sheep Calligraphy will hand letter on most any material for a completely custom party detail and keepsake.
4 — With fidget spinners all the rage right now, we're digging this "grown up" version made from wood and bronze.
5 — Form and function with this all in one rope dog leash by Recneps Design. As an added bonus, there's a 15% off May sale going on in the entire shop right now.
6 — Hand soap in the shape of natural turquoise rocks, need we say more?
7 — A cute twist on the more traditional label pin, Juan Marcos Designs makes these suiting accessories in the shape of rabbits, foxes, foliage and more.
8 — Raw stone stacking rings — perfect as birthstones or a pop of color for your summer wardrobe.
9 — The oversized wooden candle holders from Hut Woods bring such a beachy summery vibe to brighten up any space.
10 — Simple, sleek and modern, just loving these little photo holders from Yield Design co.
11 — Natural lip tints, for a touch of color and balm.
12 — We love all the natural wooden toys From Jennifer, and this moon phase puzzle takes the cake.

We'd love to know — what are some of your favorite Etsy finds right now?
