Fancy That!

Original image by Tori Watson

How is it the first day of March already? Today we're back again, sharing all the smaller things we're into (or fancying, hence the series name) that might not fit into a single post for one reason or another. Sometimes there might be a long list of randomness, other times it might be a single gem — whatever the case, here's what we're into right now.

- Tumbler to follow: Tree House Love

- Have you all seen this funny blog all about the more hilarious moments of relationships, marriage and parenting? My sister, a superstar mother to four small children, texted me a few of her favorite posts after finding this blog, like "well child" doctor visits and taking kids to the park — and I haven't been able to stop following since.

- What been cooking around here? Cajun Shrimp & Grits and Home Cooked Pot Roast.

- I love everything about this farmhouse tour.

- Talk about luxury! Can you believe these chesterfield-style dog beds!?

- Not sure we'll ever get sick of the sliding door look. We particularly liked this version using an old pocket door and just might have to use it as inspiration for our own space. BUT, while we're talking about sliding doors — THIS ONE is a must see.

- Terrariums are always in style and hydro terrariums just might be the newest spin on these glass wonders.

- How cute are these seashell compacts? Via Anthropologie.

- Weekend Project: DIY pocket hand warmers.

- Finally, in honor of this weekend's House of Cards release (which we're happily power-watching in the evenings), did you get a chance to see this "House of Bricks" Sesame Street tribute?

We're hanging out indoors today, waiting to watch the forecasted morning snowfall and promising ourselves we'll tackle our taxes today. In other news, anyone else power-watching House of Cards season 3 since the Friday release?
