E.A.T. Vintage Wagner Ware Cast Iron Pan Giveaway
In case you missed it, I'm excited to share I'll be giving away one of my vintage Wagner Ware #3 cast iron skillet pans, a $42 value from my Etsy shop, Behind the Screen Door.
I've come across quite the collection of these timeless cast iron kitchen staples in my travels and they are among customer favorites in the shop. I love foraging for vintage, made in the U.S.A., cast iron pans and season each one myself — bringing them back to life before they arrive in a new kitchen ready for use.
Mary and I use cast iron pans in our own cooking and they really just don't make 'em like they used to. These classic pieces of cookware really can last a lifetime if properly taken care of — and for those a little beat up or misused, there are ways to bring the life and love back into them by cleaning and re-seasoning. I just love the look and feel of a freshly seasoned pan coming back to life after being out of commission for what was most likely years on end.
